Opening title sequence:
Therapist Office-
The protagonists sat down talking, they are discussing his ability to stop an accident within 20 seconds of finding out. However, the therapist refuses to believe this theory classing the protagonist as insane. Sipping a black coffee, the therapist races through their mind deciding on how to handle the situation. As the drink is swallowed, the therapist begins to choke, their restricted breathing slowly consuming the life of them. Meanwhile, the protagonist stays stationary in awe of what's happening and bursts into a sudden movement to check the pulse of the therapist hoping for their survival. She is still alive.
Within an instant, the clock rewinds 20 seconds and the scene is reverted back to the moment where the therapist is about to sip the black coffee. However, this time the protagonist slaps it out of the therapists hand. Standing up the protagonists explains "I just saved your life" and walks out the door.
Street-
Strolling, the protagonist enters a nearby coffee shop and orders a cup of black coffee. As they walk out the shop, they see a girl and try to make some form of a good impression on them by a wink and a smile. Suddenly, the protagonist begins to have the urge to talk to the girl therefore crossing a road in front. Yet without notice, a car appears over the horizon and speeds across the tarmac racing into the protagonist resulting in knocking him over.
Alternate ending:
Whilst the protagonist drinks their black coffee a surge of euphoria completely encumbers them into their abilities. The surrounding area begins to change colour and the protagonists nose leaks red liquid whilst his posture slumps forcing him into a fall against the floor. The whispers of the therapist can be heard as his eyes slowly narrow into the black abyss.
...........
This idea was ultimately not decided due to the element of seriousness being too overwhelming.
